CONFLICT PARTNERSHIP REFLECTED THROUGH ORGANIZATIONAL MATURITY
The process of transformation creates a challenge in the organization through the perceived effectiveness, to be precise, successful adaptation toward differences in organizational behavior in which the organizational conflicts are incorporated. In efforts to maintain the organization and increase its efficiency it is necessary to have relevant participation, implementation, initiation and a new layout of the functions, concentrated in the construction of a new value system based on partnership relationships in practical reality. A need for conflict partnership is created which reflects in increased organizational maturity and satisfaction in the relationship between managers and other employees. An in-depth analysis of the social and managerial differences from which organizational conflicts, namely the conditions in which they arose and developed, is necessary.
