Abstract

Motivation is an internal aspiration that stimulates employees to work. The motivation of employees as management function is an important factor in encouraging, guiding and strengthening the behavior of employees in organizations. For one organization is very important the employees to be motivated, only thus will be achieved its objectives. The manager is usually responsible for the motivation of employees and for fulfilment their needs in the workplace, but it is recommended the employees to motivate themselves. Generally, employees are working to achieve certain results. Studies show that money is still a major factor in motivation.
