Planning Expenditures for Research and Development

Abstract

Planning and use of funds for research and development in the company becomes its main task in the competitive environment. The global available knowledge and products offer great opportunities for businesses, but internal management policies determine whether such features can be put into use and exploit as a competitive advantage. Research and development can help through operational and behavioral knowledge to facilitate the implementation of the needs of consumers and the enterprise, including improving the quality of products and increase sales. Through research and development is necessary to establish ways of preventing and managing these objectives within the limited resources of the enterprise. The research can help managers in solving specific problems in their organizations that will contribute to improving their performance. To meet these needs, additional resources for research and development are needed. Comprehensive analysis is necessary to provide information and incentives necessary for efficient allocation of resources in research and development.
