MODERN SYNDICALISM: PROBLEMS AND TRENDS

Abstract

The below implemented thesis deals with the issue and modern trade unionism with its problems and trends.In the first chapter of thesis covered the survey which also include the methodological approach and framework research hipotesis. The second chapter of the paper deals with the concept, the definition of the union, the historical development of the trade union, as well as the principles of trade union action and classification (typification) of trade unions. The third chapter deals with the methods of trade union action, social dialogue, information and consultation of workers, collective bargaining, peaceful resolution of individual and collective labor disputes and strike. The models of trade union representation are covered in the fourth chapter of this thesis. In the fifth chapter, the focus is on modern syndicalism and syndicalism in the Republic of Macedonia. The sixth chapter of this thesis analyzes the legal framework for the trade union, analyzing the acts of the UN, ILO, EU and Council of Europe, as well as the national legal framework of the Republic of Macedonia. The seventh chapter is an interpretation of the results of the research. At the end of this thesis are the conclusions and recommendations of the research itself.
