THE TERM OF REORGANIZATION AND PLAN FOR REORGANIZASTION IN BANKRUPTCY PROCEEDING IN LAW OF THE REPUBLIC MACEDONIA

Abstract

The reorganization is a financial reconstruction of the debtor, of whom bankruptcy proceedings is opened, as one of the ways to settle there requests of the trusts. With this way are created conditions for the debtor to continue with his job, to face the problems, financially to be stable and still to exist as a subject in the law. The plan for reorganization has a lot of ways to create the status of the debtor after the opening of the bankruptcy proceedings, if there is an opportunity for existence of the debtor, but also if the reorganization is implemented. The possibility for existence depends on the plan for reorganizationfrom the implementation of different requirements in the process of reorganization.
