PUBLIC RELATIONS AND IMPACT ON PUBLIC OPINION

Abstract

Public relations are a very important planned process for influencing public opinion, that is, on mutually satisfactory two-way communication. Public relations contribute to projecting, creating an image of an institution or a person in front of the public. As mentioned, it is a two-way process, the message is transmitted to the audience, but it must be returned, primarily for the convenience of the work. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to explain what Public Relations mean and what their impact on the public is.
