THE NEW PUBLIC MANAGEMENT OF RETIREMENT AND DISABILITY INSURANCE FUNDS
The goal of this paper is to present the New Public Management with the underlying factors important for the success of an organization. The end goal of every organization is to be more effective and more efficient, while the administration is a basic tool in the realization of the goals of every government. The basic goal of the administration is: fast administrative services, a decreased number of cases in court, reduced crime rate, increased wellbeing and satisfaction upon the citizens that live in that country. The implementation of the New Public Management is actually a solution to the problem which the citizens in the past were facing. It appears in the UK, New Zealand, Australia, Canada and the United States, which are considered to be the founders of the New Public Managment, and then transmit it to the more developed Western European countreise and finally to the transition countries including our country, where encountering resistance. Resistance doesn’tarise from state or institutions in states, but from employees in those institutions. The purpose of this paper is to present the positives effects of implementing the New Public Management and thus the benefits to both the employees of the institutions and the citizens involved in the policy making and work of the institutions
