MOTIVATION OF EMPLOYEES OF CALL-CENTER PAO «ROSTELEKOM»

Abstract

In the modern world, human capitals are motive force of productive process. Everybody to aim to
satisfy the necessities and needs on facilities of the labour activity that is sent to the achievement of certain
goals of organization, it is motivation of labour. The productivity of labour rises due to aspiring of man to
self-perfection, accumulation of forces and knowledge. On aspiring of man both external and internal factors
have influence to self development. Perfection of the system of motivation and stimulation allows to
promote, quality and productivity of labour activity.
