The motivational factors which lead the woman entrepreneur are: the desire to do something, the need of independence, access to finances, financial difficulties. Women are some of the most known, unused sources of creativity and development in the world. The women and their role in the enterprise are gaining a bigger significance both in the developed countries and in the countries in transition. Every woman can manage a small business with financial profit successfully and with a great quality and to fight against all the challenges that come across the road.
