Especially the second part of the</p> <p>previous question attracts an interest why hasn`t the Macedonian</p> <p>constitution have foreseen that situation. This article will make a</p> <p>summary of the opinions of adequate experts; it will analyze the</p> <p>established practice; it will analyze in detail the highest Macedonian</p> <p>legal act and it will compare it to the constitutions of Serbia and Croatia</p> <p>(in the part of government election).
