The article deals with the issues of the Prosecutor's supervision in juvenile Affairs, especially the legal regulation of these legal relations at the pretrial stages. The purposes and tasks of Prosecutor's supervision, requirements of normative legal acts are given. Changes and additions of some norms of the current legislation are offered.
