SOCIOLOGICAL POISON FOR THE PUBLIC ORDER AND WORLD

Abstract

This paper defines the sociological notion of public order and peace. In determining the sociological notion of public order and peace in the center of attention, we must first of all have a human being as a social being, because the man himself is the basic link in the whole legal system without which, in general, there would be no need to establish and determine the notion of public order and peace.
