SOCIAL MEDIA - AN IMPORTANT FACTOR FOR COMMUNICATION AND PUBLIC OPINION
Abstract
In recent years, a large swing in Internet communication has taken on social media (especially certain social networks), which are a set of multiple channels of communication, interaction among more people, which can share a variety of content, and at the same time cooperate. It is even considered that "online" communication through social media can create public opinion, that is, contribute to the initiation of certain activities among citizens on various issues. In addition, social media is increasingly used by public relations practitioners. This was the main reason for us to work out the Social Media - a puppet factor for communication and public opinion, in order to present certain data on this issue, which will be further elaborated in a master's thesis.
