HOMICIDE - CONCEPT, CLASSIFICATION AND RATE OF HOMICIDE IN REPUBLIC OF MACEDONIA 2012 - 2017
Abstract
The legislator does not incriminate suicide because taking your own life is consciously reaching for life. However, reaching after the life of another person that depriving another person of life is a criminal act therefore is punishable. Consequently, this crime is charged with the highest penalties.Murder occurs in many forms and each is appropriately sanctioned. When it comes to murderers, there are differences in gender, age, reasons leading to committing the act, the conduct during and after the crime, the influence of the environment on the perpetrator, the degree of the prescribed punishment, and other reasons have a major influence on (non) committing this serious crime.The right to life is part of the “natural rights” that a person comes to own by birth and is one of the fundamental rights that are guaranteed to the citizens.
