Abstract

The factors that affect the concepts of quality of life and social inclusion are very complex in their analysis, comparing and defining. The analysis of social events that can determine these concepts are very extensive and it is difficult to make a clear distinction in ordering a priority list of events for which appropriate measures, activities should be undertaken, as well as preparation of action plans for a better approach to their solving. The influence that determines the quality of life and social inclusion depends on the political, economic, institutional factors with a particular focus on the organization and functionality of the institutions, then the development of social and health care systems, culture and traditional concerns, strengthening of local authorities, and the reduction of the unemployment rate. All these factors have a major impact on the subjective satisfaction of the individual, at the same time directing him towards development or building of strategic measures and models that will be productive, modern and adequate. Creating and undertaking measures from a political aspects in a certain structural level implies that human rights will be protected in order to improve the individual's conditions in society, аctually social inclusion implies a sense of community acceptance, individuals should be respected as а human, who based on their abilities, can contribute for a better society. It is necessary to take a constructive approach within the society, with particular emphasis on the factors that determine the quality of life and the various indicators that point to its evaluation, the objective and the subjective dimensions that generalize it in many aspects of the society and social life.
