EUROPEANIZATION OF THE WESTERN BALKANS

Abstract

The original socio-political formation, the European Union through its Common Foreign and Security Policy from unexperience and uncrediblity, it develops a strategy and instruments that brought it into the circles of international power. The historical and contemporary delicacy of the Balkans (Western Balkans) proved to be the most complex diplomatic test for its credibility in the foreign policy and security impact, ie the installation and implementation of European values.
