LIABILITY OF THE LAWYER FOR DAMAGE DONE TO CLIENTS AND THIRD PARTIES WHILE PERFORMING THE ACTIVITY IN THE MACEDONIAN LAW

Abstract

In this paper, special attention will be paid to the civil - legal responsibility
of the holders of the legally regulated profession in our law with special reference to the
responsibility of the bar. The subject of the research will be the responsibility for compensation
of damage arising from the performance of this profession, ie the professional responsibility of
the lawyer.
The paper also in the context of the professional responsibility of the lawyer will cover
the legal nature, legal sources, legal order of the civil-legal responsibility of the lawyer in our
country.
The paper will expose possible shortcomings that may arise in connection with the legal
order of civil - legal liability of the lawyer for damage done to his clients or third parties in the
performance of their professional activity.
