Abstract

Human trafficking, including the trafficking of minors as its form, is a
phenomenon that has gained momentum in recent years and is rising to the level of a common
problem that affects society as a whole. Trafficking is not only a crime, it is much more than that, it is
organized crime, violation of basic human rights, denial of man as a being, modern slavery. It is very
difficult to assess the scale of the phenomenon because trafficking is closely related to child labor,
forced labor, child marriage, selling organs, kidnapping and prostitution, although these phenomena
can exist independently of trafficking.
