Abstract

Crime as an act against human life and life in particular is a form of criminality that has existed since the dawn of mankind. The condition required for a person to be responsible for the crime committed is actually his capacity for guilt. In our country, in particular, this crime has not seen an enormous increase in recent years, which is good, and is considered to be more of a man’s work , because if you look at the data, you will notice that there are very few female perpetrators compared to men, but in contrast, there are many more female victims.
