Juvenile delinquency is a special social-negative phenomenon and it occurs as a serious social problem that all the countries around the world face today. This refers to juveniles who have committed various crimes, due to which criminal proceedings have been initiated against them and a sanction has been imposed. The severity of the problem stems from the structure, scope and dynamics of the crimes committed by juveniles as well as from the fact that these are young people who with their delinquent behavior mostly continue in their mature, adult years.
