THE CIVIL LEGAL LIABILITY OF THE NOTARY FOR DAMAGE CAUSED TO PARTIES AND THIRD PARTIES DURING THE PERFORMANCE OF THE ACTIVITY UNDER MACEDONIAN LAW

Abstract

In this paper, special attention will be paid to the civil-legal responsibility of the holders of the legally regulated profession in our law with special reference to the responsibility of the notary. The subject of the research will be the responsibility for compensation for damage resulting from the exercise of this profession, that is, the civil legal responsibility of the notary. In the paper, also in the context of the professional responsibility of the notary, the legal nature, the legal sources, the legal arrangement of the civil-legal responsibility of the notary in our country will be covered. The paper will present the possible shortcomings that could appear in connection with the legal arrangement of the civil - legal responsibility of the notary for damage caused to his parties or third parties during the performance of his professional activity.
