APPLICATION OF MEDIATION FOR CHILDREN IN CONFLICT WITH THE LAW IN THE REPUBLIC OF NORTH MACEDONIA

Abstract

The scientific work ‘Application of mediation towards children in conflict with the law in the Republic of North Macedonia’ will cover the position of children in the Law on Child Justice,  in fact  mediation will be explained as a concept of restorative justice.It will also be explained what is mediation procedure according to the Law on Justice for Children ie the conditions for its pplication, duration and implementation of this procedure, and also how much is its application in our country.
