RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CONTRACTOR, DESIGNER AND SUPERVISOR IN THE CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT

Abstract

In the modern way of living, building is an activity that experiences expansion in most aspects of the operation. The application of the latest trends for construction and implementation of quality materials is only part of what modern building conditions require. There is a growing interest in quality construction, which is a positive trend towards which construction companies strive, which implies the realization of quality constructions that will last for generations to come, and which will build the credibility of serious construction companies . On the other hand, the problems faced by the consumer and business sector in the sphere of construction are increasing. Today, we are witnessing numerous problems, dilemmas, court and arbitration proceedings, in which dissatisfaction with the concluded construction contracts or with the standards in construction as an activity is expressed.

       This scientific paper offers the opportunity to detect problems in the construction process, find the most appropriate solutions, implement them and present them in the interest of improving the state of the construction field.
