Abstract

What is the role and significance of hierarchical culture as an organizational model, how will it allow us to fit more easily into a healthy work environment, what is the role of social statuses in society and power in determining the superiority of one over another, and what is the impact on individualistic versus collectivist systems in the states, and especially in the developing states that aspire to European values and European aspirations. States in the European Union have different views based on hierarchically established organizational systems versus egalitarian systems where everyone is treated equally regardless of their social status. There is a clear distinction between hierarchical cultures that are performance-oriented, based on certain system rules and norms oriented to the well-being of employees, the role of titles, job positions, resulting from different power distances. Concepts such as administration, leadership, hierarchy, culture are concepts that intertwine with each other, reflect work organization, facilitate interaction, create opportunities for progress, vision and well-being and lead the society forward, serving the good of the community. Many leaders proved to be good servant-leaders, Mother Theresa, Mahatma Gandhi, Nelson Mandela, Abraham Lincoln, because they chose the path of serving the people and their ideals, a decentralized authoritative leadership design that builds trust-based authority through establishing relationships with others. The role and place of women in this concept of leadership, especially for those whose priority is the daily struggle to establish equality and equity. The modern organizational structures that will mark this decade will open up opportunities for new job places, that will center on the human and their constant struggle for survival.
