Abstract

In a research article examines the systemic organization of economic and management on Eurasian space. Analyzes the methodological principles of current understanding of the problems of the world geo-economics and the Eurasian economic and civilization development. Analyzes geoeconomic tools and analysis technology, pro-prediction modeling: geo-economic civilization space, geo-economic weapon geo-economic war, geo-economic atlas. With the system approach addresses the strategic choice of tools to develop national and regional economic systems, methodology of operation of geo-economic atlas of modern Eurasian space through analytical categories, related to the concepts of "problem field", " vectors calls ", " modeling development ", analysis of the issues of sustainable operation and development of economic and civilization model Russia - Western Balkan states.
