STATE INDUSTRIAL POLICY AS MAIN CONDITION OF OVERCOMING OF AN ECONOMIC CRISIS IN RUSSIA

Abstract

Modern Russian anti-crisis government program can only be implemented as a state industrial policy. Loss of income from oil exports should be replaced by the development of the internal market of industrial and agricultural products. The international experience shows that industrialization of the country is possible only within the state industrial policy. For the new industrial policy of the Russian leadership is necessary to implement the measures of direct state regulation of the economy , to use an administrative resource.
