SIGNALING BIRTH RATE AND LIFE EXPECTANCY IN THE R.MACEDONIA AND RUSSIA FOR CREATION OF STRATEGY FOR HUMAN RESOURCES DEVELOPMENT

Abstract

Worlds Statistics data indicate that the birth rate of the population in many countries, and thus of Russia and Macedonia in the last forty years shows a downward trend, with some stabilization in the last ten years. In this respect the expected life of small oscillations increases Thus, the birth rate in the Republic Macedonia in 1980 is 21,6 % in 1990, is 17,9 %, in 2000 was 12,6 %, and vo2014 is 11,4 %. While in Russia in the same period was in 1980 is 15,9 ‰ in 1990, is 13,4 ‰, in 2000 was 8,7 %, and in 2014 was 13,4 %. On the other hand, life expectancy and R. Macedonia and Russia every year, postepeno increases.
