MOTIVATION GROUND AS FACTORS FOR TEACHER’S PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITY DEVELOPMENT
Abstract
According to the changeable demands to vocational education contents the motivation ground is examined in the article as factors for teacher’s professional activity development. It helps to activate teachers’ activities and to stimulate innovation processes in vocational education respectively. Motivation ground components are determined and based on the principles, directions of administrative machine activities and managing functions which are interconnected and form managing cycle for development of teachers’ professional activity and the education institution as a whole.
