Abstract
Monitoring in the field of personnel - scientifically substantiated system of periodic data collection, collation and analysis of personnel data and presentation of the data to make strategic and tactical decisions by management. Evaluation of staff is closely related to job evaluation. In modern conditions of Russia it is necessary to understand the current issues of the activities of human resource management services to optimize their own activities and to ensure the progressive development of the organization as a whole.
