TO THE STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT OF HUMAN RESOURCES OF THE COMPANY
Abstract
New business conditions require managers of new knowledge, abilities and skills in approaches to enterprise management, human resource management of this enterprise. Of particular importance is increasing the speed of decision-making in situations of uncertainty and risk. This can be possible only if there is sufficient competent staff in key positions in the leadership of the company. This article discusses some aspects of this competence leaders.
