THE MANAGEMENT DECISION SOLUTIONS MODELS FOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT, SEARCHING OF OPTIMAL MODEL

Abstract

This paper contains review of various approaches to solving management issues. Author offered a vision of this issue, based on analysis of available models. In this paper is paid attention to informational support of businnes processes and straight dependences of business projects and it target audiences. Author notes that modern management theory developed a clean requirements for monitoring: it must be promt, transparent, and objective, and also procedure of making management decision is reduced to ability of making quick analyses of situation regarding certain activities, and making the best decision just in time.
