Valuation of factors affecting the unemployment rate of young people in Republic of Macedonia

Abstract

The unemployment as a social and economic category causes negative changes in the development of everycommunity. The unemployment of young people is a long – term problem which leaves consequences to theindividuals, to the community, to the economy and society in general. In this paper, we analyzed the problemof unemployment young population in Republic of Macedonia. The research will be conducted using factoranalysis, and the factors which influence to the unemployment of young people will be derived. The resultsobtained from this analysis identify the key elements which should develop new strategies and polices toresolve the problem of unemployment of young people in Republic of Macedonia.
