Abstract

 Man as complex being, which lives, creates and is in constant interaction with other people, occurrence and things, everyday a large amount of questions which need  to be answered piles for him. As a subject here, by using Jung personal theory, man as a social-cultural is being considered only from one aspect of view, the way which the man could or is getting to the decisions, which are possible main factors for that kind of reacting, how and in which way that could be used in further development and advancement to his potentials and capacities. Concerning, his proneness for acceptance the stimuli and accordingly to that, his reaction in the environment, and by that decision making or reaction choosing, and so how can this knowledge be used by employees, teachers, professors etc.
