Abstract

In the theory of the financial management the decision for the structure of the capital is between the most controversial areas. When adopting a decision for the structure of the capital the management must know the structure of the capital to know the factors that impact on the structure of the capital It self and must estimate which one has a bigger importance in these precise conditions. The aim of this paper is to give review od the basic theory postures for the structure of the capital.
