The importance of these resources is increasing, and the effective management of them is a strategic interest of any organization. Therefore attention should be paid to selection, employment or deployment of work places. Successful selection process as part of the human resources management is the process which provides the selected candidate to effectively and efficiently carry out tasks in accordance with established rules and criteria of the organization. The success of the private sector and the public administration depends by choosing the staff.
