Abstract

 What happens today in the banking world could also be called technological revolution. The application of information technology has contributed to many of the users of banking services make life easier, while the banks to provide more efficient performance. Modern banks in its operation must continually prove their worth and justify its existence. In Macedonia, the rapid development of e-banking is observed in the last two years. Significantly increased the number and type of services for banks, but it is evident that the Macedonian physical and legal entities, insufficiently familiar with the concept of electronic banking. This is due to the fact that there are not enough information that would approaching to users electronic mode, that they would be familiar with the advantages of electronic banking.
