Kонцептот на нормативна моќ на Европската унија

Abstract

Неспорниот меѓународен протагонизам на Европската унија, заедно со заложбата да промовира вредности и принципи во поширокиот свет, ја прави Унијата да се разликува и да отскокнува од традиционалните актери во меѓународните односи, при што таа е претставена како нов вид на моќ во меѓународниот систем. Оваа улога на ЕУ, предводена од етика на одговорноста, во литературата се здобива со различни епитети како цивилна моќ, сила за доброто, нормативна моќ, структурна сила, трансформативна моќ, етичка моќ, специфична империја и сл. Во овој труд фокусот го насочуваме кон концептот на нормативната моќ на Европската унија при истражување на специфичната улога на ЕУ, заснована на нејзината уникатна нормативна база и на својот sui generis карактер на поствестфалски ентитет. На крајот од трудот прикажуваме со помош на скала на континуум, тројна спефицикација (цивилна моќ, нормативна моќ и етичка моќ) на меѓународната улога на ЕУ.
