Abstract

Mass communication began with them, but today they are threatened with extinction. Print media as an example of the high speed that changes in our global society are now overshadowed by new media and no longer enjoy the role of a major informant of the public as before.

In our country, the best period for print media begins in the forties, and their decline occurs with the advent of the new century. Unlike in the past when there were hundreds, today in our country there are only thirty printed media, and some of them to survive, received subsidies from the state.
