LEGAL ACTS AND CRIMINALS FROM THE FIELD OF PHARMACY IN THE REPUBLIC OF MACEDONIA

The summary refers to the legal aspects of the pharmaceutical industry. This paper does not cover all of its aspects, but only the legal acts and incriminations in this area. The paper covers theoretical interpretations of what is pharmaceutical law and what is the new role of pharmacist in the health care system. But what the main thesis is, is the analysis and elaboration of the two pharmaceutical criminal acts of the Criminal Code: "Unethical practice of pharmacy" (Article 211) and "Production and release of harmful medicines for treatment" (Article 212). Also, it’s important to mention the criminal acts in the Law on cures and medical devices, their analysis, and comparison with the other violences which are part of the same Law.
