Abstract

The scientific article is devoted to the main problems arising in the regions for the development of small businesses. The value of SMEs to the economy is hard to overestimate, they provide a basis - the middle class, promote the growth of employment, the decision of the social problems, but because of their size, they are subject to various types of risks, which must be minimized with the help of mechanisms of state regulation .
