ANALYSIS OF THE COMMUNICATION PROCESS IN DOMESTIC SME’S
Abstract
Although the quality of interpersonal relationships is not a sufficient indicator of the productivity and profitability of the company, however, we can say that it is a fundamental pillar perception through their work and personal satisfaction,, continuous and systematic manifested actions based on information quality and structured program for collecting feedback. The necessary actions mergers, acquisitions and take responsibility in the creation of basic human interaction by increasing the value of employees, development of conversational, communication skills and the confidence and respect of employees.
