INTERNATIONAL TRADE BEFORE AND AFTER THE GLOBAL ECONOMIC CRISIS

Abstract

The severe contraction of world trade volume during the recent global crisis was a major blow to the global economy and to countries which had pursued development strategy of export-led growth. In this paper, we analyze the structure of international trade before 2008, the structure of international trade after 2008 and the reasons for the change in trade structure.
