Рамки за концептуализација на потребите на децата и нивна примена за планирање и обезбедување услуги за деца

Abstract

Во трудот се дава приказ на потребите и потенцијалите на децата и се анализира вклу чувањето на установите и службите во обезбедувањето на услугите за децата во зависност од различните нивоа на потреби на децата. Тргнувајќи од активната улога и место на детето во примањето на ус лу- гите, во трудот прифатен е моделот на „цело дете“. Мо делот „цело дете“ се сфаќа како мапа по која ќе се одвива планирањето на услугите за помош и поддршка во разво јот на децата. Потребите на децата се лоци раат на четири нивоа согласно моделот на Hardiker и сора бот ни ците. Во трудот се предлага мултисекторско парт нерство во работа со деца за задоволување на потре бите на децата кое придонесува за проши рување на опсегот и видот на услугите, ле сен и брз пристап до нив, подобрени услуги, рана идентификација на проблемите, пре венција од потреба за специјалистички интервенции, односно подобрување на живо тот на децата.
