Introduction of the dual system in the bulgarian vocational education – reality and challenges
AbstractThe article examines the socioeconomic aspects of the introduction of the dual system in thevocational education. It pays attention to the benefits for the students, the country and the business. Ithighlights the importance of the training that takes place in a real work environment. It indicates the pilotprojects and the experience in the implementation of the dual system in Bulgaria at that time.
