Abstract

Starting from the theoretical premises for the ontological dominant of postmodern fiction, embodied in the thematics of ontological problematizations on the boundaries between the worlds and texts, this paper will interpret these premises through the short story Mojot neprijatel Itar Pejo by Macedonian authoress Kalina Maleska. Interpretative focus is set on metafictional procedures through which the ontological themes in the story are placed in the foreground. Specifically, it is about the procedures that demonstrate conflict between two or more worlds and cause obliterate of the plurality of worlds and underlines the borders between: conflict between fictional world and the historical fact of the real world, transworld identities
and intertextual procedures.
