Abstract

The history of the economic growing confi rms that it was based on consuming oriented concept, that, leads to the better quqlity of peaple’s lives measured through the offer of a numbering quality industrial and alimentary products, signifi cant improvement of life’s standard, signifi cant productivity, continuing of the average people life’s length. But, contrary to this, this concept of economic growing at the same time is responsible for intensive degradation of life’s environmenet, air pollution, water and land, as a result of widespread use D.D.T., radioactive waste plastic materials, waste mineral oils etc. and generates problems that go over local and regional borders. These problems that are product of the concept of economic development that is based on consuming oriented economy can be overcomed only with making of permanent development that respects the three dimensions: economy, social and ecology.
