Abstract

The new economic reality creates a need for a new economy that means reorganization of the economy in terms of way of working. There is a need for change in creating new knowledge and exploiting new values. Intelectual capital is being created. The man is the holder. Knowledge is an individual ability that is used in overcoming the unknown. Knowledge is the total sum of technological and scientifi c knowledge which leads to “human capital”, which defi nes human capital as complete series of knowledge that is transferred from sources in the human mind through learning.
