Abstract
Бизнисот и економијата треба да имаат продуктивна улога во системот.на економски и социјални интереси. Доколку е тоа така, тогаш системот е тој што овозможува да се почитуваат правата од работните односи и интересите на спротиставени субјекти во општеството. Потребно е изградба и модификација на систем од законски норми и решенија кои ќе овозможат регулирање на овие односите, особено кога интересот и конфликтот се јавува во корелација меѓу околината и бизнис економијата.
