Abstract
In the age of globalization, organizational learning and knowledge management are effective tools for increasing the effectiveness of tourist organizations. The objective of this research is to conceptualize and model the learning and knowledge processes in tourist organizations. Through the paper Organizational learning and Knowledge management are seen as dynamic processes which lead to increased learning and knowledge capacity of individuals and organizations. The conceptual organizational learning and knowledge management process model has been proposed, based on the research. The first step in the model is the choice of a knowledge strategy, which is implemented through a process of knowledge management cycle, consisting of knowledge identification, creation, diffusion, integration, modification, knowledge metrics and application of it. The knowledge and learning management process model are completed with an evaluation of the knowledge strategy implementation.
