Formation of human potential: institutional mechanisms and policies
Abstract
Increasing the efficiency of the economic system in the context of the strategy Europe-2020 directlydepends on the development of the human potential. This paper examines the problems of reproduction ofhuman potential on the basis of the methodology of socioeconomic analysis and socioeconomic dynamics.The main factors of micro and macro effects of different institutes- entities / state, the market and NGOs / theformation of human capital are analyzed. The index of development of human potential in the country andother countries is specified as an integral measure of human capital development. Different approaches of theeconomic theory to the degree and the extent of state involvement in social development and variousmacroeconomic policies are analyzed.Downloads
